You can download the tracks for 30cents each (Euros) or get the complete album for 2,50.
It's a short thematic trip through some of my latest more melody-based instrumentals.
In a few weeks HATS OFF vol. IV will be dropped on http://www.arhatbeats.bandcamp.com/ followed by another new instrumental album early 2011, called I ATE THE SKY.
2011 will also see another album build from samples from a specific country, like the earlier BRAZIL instrumentals.
The release date for my ARHAT "solo" album is once again set back, new info coming up next Summer.
In the meanwhile check out Baron Von Alias' "IGNITE" on YouTube and get blown away...
Two instrumentals added for download on http://www.arhatbeats.bandcamp.com/
The near future will see a lot more material for sale & download so keep those ears open.
Check out "Dreams Come True" and "Hands of Time:"
They joined forces and a supergroup arose...
More info soon!
GMT+1 Timezones & Loopholes is still available both online & printed, check this latest album from the Baron and ARHAT on www.baronvonalias.bandcamp.com !
Almost a full hour of quality music!
Most of the great production for this release is done by Steesh, with the exception of track 2, which is produced by Julesy Kif P, and tracks 6 and 8, which are produced by yours truly (ARHAT, that is..).
Guest appearances include Animalistix, Gaz, Butta Verses and Text Offenders, with DJ A.D.S. contributing some cuts on the opening and closing tracks.
I was pleasantly surprised to hear the album, I wasn't involved much so that enabled me to listen with a fresh ear this time.
The album is filled with soulful, dark, oldschool hiphop, catchy wigflippers and even a club banger or two. Download this thing & enjoy!
Heres a few good reasons to check this blog or the Facebook and MySpace pages the coming weeks.
Coming up VERY soon is the new track "MOVE IT" produced by yours truly and featuring none less than 5 MC's, taken from the upcoming and FREE download album "The Great and the Magnificent" by Baron Von Alias and MistaBreeze.
A lot of work is being done at the moment without me even knowing it, and I'm glad to say my instrumentals are being used in a few projects by other artists right now. Taking on a life of their own.
What I do know is that I got some new tracks coming up in the near future with Baron Von Alias, Jo Blunt (Rhymists) and Sep (Dialect).
A lot of the beats from my latest cd's are already reserved for various artists so if you're interested in the albums please email me and be patient..
HATS OFF volume 2 is finished as we speak, I've been productive lately. The first half of this cd focusses mostly on the more melodic and funky beats while the other half contains a lot more darker and oldschool hiphop.
I might post a beat or two from this cd soon, and currently it has only been send out to a few artists.
Brand new Baron Von Alias & MistaBreeze music video "ITS OK" from the upcoming free album 'The Great and The Magnificent'
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uKtB_pq-mq8
The new instrumental album "HATS OFF volume 2" is almost finished & will be send out to a small list of MCs, as usually.
There's one remix of an much older beat and the rest is all new material, no doubt some music to find for interested artists.
Personally I think this volume is better than the first but that'll be for others to judge. Again; talented artists can always contact me at yourialden@yahoo.com if you wish to get on the e-mail list.
Next to that, we get to see a new music video from Baron Von Alias & MistaBreeze in three days, called "iTS OK" taken from there upcoming FREE album...
Don't be shy to comment people!
The amazing beat for this track was produced by Steesh who also edited the video. Camerawork was done by LKP.
Baron and Breeze are preparing a collabo album which is to be released somewhere this year and although I'm barely involved in this project, I'm really looking forward to it, and I'm sure the album will kick ass! I did send in some beats for the project however so there's a good chance I will feature on it with 1 or 2 productions as well. Anywayz, this first single rocks!
The past few weeks have been a little less productive musicwise because I just moved to another city.
Everything is finally installed and settled now at the new address so I'm looking forward to get things moving faster again.
The only problem at this point is the fact that the room where I make my music is like 5 times bigger than the old spot, so the old setup sounds horrible now! haha
I'm currently still working on some details and recordings for my official debut album, which will hopefully see daylight autumn of 2010. Canadian MC JoBlunt from Rhymists was recently added to the small list of featuring artists.
Also the first preparations for a new beat cd are being made as I am adjusting to the new environment I'm living in. It's a breath of fresh air!
And keep your eyes and ears open on everything regarding Baron Von Alias; my man here is making some serious moves again and got some amazing tracks coming up..
A few stills from the upcoming video for "Devil's Rejects" featuring Baron Von Alias and MistaBreeze.
The theme for the video will be Alice in Wonderland & Pinocchio, and the pictures look very.. promising haha, although I haven't even seen any footage myself yet.
The video is shot in the UK and will be posted on YouTube soon.
"Devil's Rejects" will be the next single taken from GMT+1: Timezones & Loopholes, available atiTunes, Juno and Lulu.
GMT+1 was only released 1 or 2 weeks ago but there are already great plans taking shape as we speak. One of the most anticipated projects is the upcoming video for the GMT+1 track "Devils rejects," featuring MistaBreeze. The video is still in the making and will serve as an extra treat, accompanying the album and first video.
As for my solo projects and beatcd's, there is a lot of unheard material and 6 unreleased and partly unfinished projects. The next few months will see a few single releases and hopefully a new beatcd as well.
I am currently about to move to another city, and my equipment and plans with me so a few things are on hold because of that.
Also, the ARHAT solo album will most definately be released this year. It's the longest and most detailed project I've ever worked on, but it's something I'm proud of already, even being unfinished as it is.
There's no definite album title yet by the way.
The album is planned for the Autumn of 2010.

The album was constructed within 7 days, during the Baron's visit at my place in the Netherlands. He would listen to my music, writing his lyrics and concepts all day, while I was making new beats on the spot. We also shot a funny amateur video for the track "Vicious Circle" that week, which can be seen on YouTube. The following months, perfecting the album, we called in some of NewCastle's finest MCs to spice up the album even more, resulting in a comprehensive list of featuring artists.
